“Quality assurance, or QA for short, refers to planned and systematic production processes that provide confidence in a product's suitability for its intended purpose. It is a set of activities intended to ensure that products (goods and/or services) satisfy customer requirements in a systematic, reliable fashion.”
Aqua – Tech Diving Services takes this very seriously. In the future Aqua – Tech Diving Services would like to obtain the following accreditations:
- ISO9001:2000E accreditation
- IMCA accreditation.
To facilitate this goal, all Aqua – Tech Diving services are based along the guidelines of the two above mentioned accreditations including:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Forms used within the Company.
- Manuals
Quality control manual available on request.
